How
often am I charged?

Answer: How often you are charged depends on the membership plan that you purchase. If
you purchase a non-recurring membership plan your account will only be charged
once at the time of your purchase. If you purchase a recurring membership plan
your account will be charged at the time of your purchase and then every thirty
days or (ninety days depending on the plan) thereafter. For example, if you
purchase a 30 day recurring membership on July 22nd, your credit card will be
charged on July 22nd and then it will be automatically charged again on August
21st and every 30 days thereafter. If you cancel your membership before the end
of your membership period you will no longer be charged. Instead your membership
will expire at the end of your membership period. For example, if you purchase
a membership on July 22nd and we receive your cancelation on August 3rd,
your membership will expire on August 21st.

How do
I cancel my membership?

Answer: You may cancel your membership at any time prior to the end of your membership
period. See question above for more details. Click here to cancel.
You will need to know your username and password to cancel your membership. Additionally, if your membership
was billed through CCBill you will also need at least two of the following pieces of information:
- The Subscription Id given to you when your membership was purchased.
- The Credit Card or Checking Account number used to purchase the membership.
- The Email Address used when purchasing the membership.
If you purchased a non-recurring membership there is no need to cancel as your membership will
automatically expire at the end of the membership period.

I forgot
my username/password!

Response: When you joined you received
from us an email confirmation of your order. In that email we included
your username and password. If you did not receive this confirmation,
either your order did not go through or you entered the wrong email

My
username/password do not work!

Response: There are several possible
reasons why your username/password may not be working:
- Are you using the correct username/password? You need to enter
your username/password in the exact same sequence as you
did when you signed up.
- Perhaps your credit card was declined.
- Perhaps your credit card has expired. We inform all of our members
of this unless we do not have a valid email address.
- Perhaps you canceled.
- Perhaps your membership was canceled by us for unauthorized
use of a credit card or other reasons.
- Perhaps you moved and did not notify us. Therefore your credit
card was declined because your address could not be verified.

Why
won't my order go through?

Answer: It is possible that we are experiencing
network or server difficulties accepting orders. Aside from this,
if your credit card charge was refused, you will not be able to access
our member's area (we are not told why a credit card is refused).
Furthermore, if you have ever charged back on a credit card purchase
made on any of our web sites, or if we suspect you of fraud or misuse
of our web site and its images, we will disallow any future orders
you might attempt to make. Click

I signed
up but never received a confirmation.

Response: Most likely you did not provide
us with a correct email address when you ordered. You need to provide
an email address when you order or you will never get a confirmation

What
is your web site's privacy policy?

Answer: SoftWood, Inc. (the producers
of this web site) will not disclose your email address (should you
provide your email address to us) to any other company or person.
Financial and personal information that you provide as part of any
order of products and services on this web site is only used for authorization
and billing purposes. We do not use "cookies" of any type and will
not store "cookies" on your computer. We do not collect information
about your viewing preferences.

Will you
ever send me anything in the mail?

Answer: No! We will never send you anything
to your physical address (see privacy statement above). The reason
we ask for your physical address information when you order is because
the credit card companies require us to have that information provided
for them.

How do
I contact you?

Answer: If you need more information
than is given here, you can contact us by filling out our Email
Support Form. Please include a detailed description of your request
or problem.
